Refreshing Summer Green Citrus Smoothie Recipe

Enjoy your Green Citrus Smoothie packed with the goodness

  • 1 apple (cored and chopped)
  • 1 ripe avocado (peeled and pitted)
  • 2 oranges (peeled and segmented)
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/2 cucumber (peeled and chopped)
  • 1 cup of chilled coconut water or water
  • Handful of ice cubes (optional for extra chill)

Instructions:

Start by preparing all your ingredients. Core and chop the apple, peel and pit the avocado, peel and segment the oranges, juice the lemon, and peel and chop the cucumber.

Place all the prepared ingredients into a blender.

Pour in the chilled coconut water or water.

If you prefer a colder smoothie, add a handful of ice cubes.

Blend everything until smooth and creamy. If the consistency is too thick, you can add more liquid until you reach your desired consistency.

Taste the smoothie and adjust the flavors if necessary. You can add a bit more lemon juice for extra tanginess or a drizzle of honey for sweetness, if desired.
